Inc. is a U.S. Manufacturer located in Northwest Indiana and has
been in the metal fabrication since 1982 and was incorporated in
1988. Being in business for at least 26 years we have focused our
core business in Manufacturing to our current client’s lifting
needs. Sto-away Power Cranes, Inc. is a small company with large
goals.
Sto-away Power Cranes, Inc. has been
an NTEA member since 2003 and has held the MVP status since October
2006.
Sto-away Power Cranes, Inc. has been
an NFIB member since 1996
Sto-away Power Cranes, Inc. holds its
certification as a WBE organization and has met all of the criteria
through the WBENC. (Women’s Business Enterprise National
Council.)
Our team is proficient in AutoCad
& Autodesk version 12 through 2007. We are initiating 3D
modeling in Solid Edge. We have confidentiality License
Agreements in place with Ford Motor Company, GM, Daimler Chrysler,
Dodge, Isuzu, and soon with Toyota Motor Company and we work
directly with their Chassis Engineering Staff.
Cynthia Scegiel, the President of
Sto-away Power Cranes, Inc. has created the company’s growth to what
it is today. She has set up a range of experienced sales
people through truck equipment up-fitters located world wide. A
majority of our up-fitters are also NTEA MVP members. She is a
member of Purdue University’s “Purdue Entrepreneurship Program” as a
level E5 member, and has earned a Certificate of Recognition from
the Small Business Administration for her work. Sto-away Power
Cranes, Inc. will continue to grow due to her mastership of sound
accounting practices. She is an instructor of Quickbooks Pro, has
had training in the “Selltis” sales automation programming at the
Administrative level, and has attended the Tom Hopkins International
Boot Camp Sales Mastery (3 days of intense sales
training).
The General Manager of Sto-Away Power
Cranes, Inc. Mark Scegiel; has been a Certified Welder through
Hobart School of Welding Technology in Troy Ohio at the age of
15. He still holds current certification in Shielded metal arc
welding in All positions with E7018 on 1 Inch plate Alloy A36;
Stainless Steel - All positions ˝” plate alloy 316; Flux core
welding of 1Inch plate Alloy A36 All position; and holds Boiler and
Pressure Vessel code in the 6G 6 Inch pipe open butt root. He’s also
a master of Aluminum, Titanium and Copper welding practices.
